Why access to AI is not enough, and where calm, practical human support makes the difference.
Watch videoAbout BlueCap AI
BlueCap AI is a Warrington-based not-for-profit initiative helping individuals and organisations turn general AI tools into useful everyday support and repeatable workflows.
We combine accessible coaching, clear boundaries, human review and simple evidence so people can use AI with greater confidence and organisations can decide what is safe, useful and worth developing.

Practical delivery, explained clearlyFounded by William Huckeba III
William founded BlueCap AI after seeing a consistent gap between being shown what AI can do and receiving the support needed to use it safely and effectively.
His background spans nearly ten years of UK experience across enterprise account management, client success, service design, training, consultative business development and stakeholder engagement, including roles with Sky Business, Smartlytics Consultancy and Food Alert.
Through BlueCap AI, William now designs and delivers AI readiness reviews, staff training, workshops, one-to-one assistant setup, workflow support and partner pilots. His focus is turning unfamiliar technology into practical support that people can understand, test and improve.

His approach has been careful and evidence-led, with appropriate attention to data protection, safeguarding, human review and the risks of using AI with sensitive information.
I have worked with William Huckeba III through Cheshire and Warrington Carers Trust, where he has supported us with practical AI workshops, staff engagement and organisational AI readiness work.
William delivered an accessible and engaging introduction to AI for our staff, including live demonstrations of how AI could support tasks such as meeting notes, emails, summaries and workflow preparation. He communicated technical ideas clearly and created an environment where staff with very different confidence levels could participate and ask questions.
Following this work, William supported the Trust in reviewing its current AI position, drawing together staff feedback, existing use of Microsoft Copilot, confidence levels, governance gaps and potential workflow opportunities.
His approach has been careful and evidence-led, with appropriate attention to data protection, safeguarding, human review and the risks of using AI with sensitive information. One of William's strengths is that he does not begin with the technology. He starts by understanding the people, the task and the organisational context, then identifies where AI may be useful and where it should not be used.
He is also clear about the difference between early indications and proven outcomes, which has helped us approach this work responsibly. I have found William to be thoughtful, dependable and highly committed to practical delivery. I would be happy to recommend him for AI readiness, staff training, workshop delivery and the development of safe, human-led AI workflows.
“Since the BlueCap AI workshop, staff have generally become much more willing to experiment with AI for appropriate and safe work tasks. We are now seeing practical examples of this, including using AI to support research, and developing new skills. It has helped move the conversation beyond curiosity and towards thoughtful, useful application in real work.”
“He has transformed the way in which the Carers Trust is thinking about AI. It is changing the way the organisation is working and starting to create major efficiency improvements.”

The way he implements AI into your business while understanding the needs of automation without losing that personal touch is impressive.
Paul and William are also collaborating on the AI Roundtable podcast, filmed at Prism Studios. The series shares practical conversations about how businesses are adopting AI, what is working and how to approach it safely and ethically.
Will's knowledge is incredible, and the way he implements AI into your business while understanding the needs of automation without losing that personal touch is impressive. One of his most impressive qualities is how easy he is to understand, no complicated jargon that we all nod along to without really understanding. I'd highly recommend working with Will at every level of your AI knowledge.
Thank you, Will we can't wait to keep moving forward with you on our AI journey.

The coaching has helped me feel more confident using AI in my business, and I now have useful systems that I can continue using and improving myself.
I have really enjoyed working with William through BlueCap AI. The support has been friendly, patient, constructive and easy to follow.
Before I went to BlueCap AI, I was using Chat GPT randomly, hoping for a good outcomes & trusting the outcome more than I should have.
I wasn't using AI correctly at all & like anything else people need to be trained. William helped me create my first ChatGPT assistant to support me with writing quotes, and by the end of the session I had produced my first quote using it. Since then, I have been using ChatGPT much more and it has also helped me prepare for one of my workshops.
In our follow-up session, William helped me improve two of my existing Projects, one for creating quizzes and another for planning course delivery and timings. He made the process practical and showed me how to build tools around the way I already work.
The coaching has helped me feel more confident using AI in my business, and I now have useful systems that I can continue using and improving myself.
I will continue using Bluecap AI to support my business as I believe it is a good investment for the ever changing world of AI.

The focus is giving people a calm and welcoming place to ask questions, build confidence and learn how AI tools may help with everyday tasks.
At Fearnhead Community Centre, we are working with BlueCap AI to explore how practical, accessible AI support can help people in the local community.
The focus is giving people a calm and welcoming place to ask questions, build confidence and learn how AI tools may help with everyday tasks.
This work also recognises that people may need help with their device, email, accounts or general digital confidence before they are ready to use AI. By linking BlueCap AI's practical support with existing community and digital inclusion services, we hope people can receive the right help at the right stage.
